Cardio kickboxing is an excellent way to lead an entire group fitness class, or integrate as an interval in your personal training session. Knowing the fundamentals of ex*****on is key. In this session, Steve will cover the main punching and kicking techniques, how they pair and how to create progressive combos. Today we are featuring our Partnerships Director, Steve Feinberg]! Steve is responsible for developing new partnerships and managing relationships for our New York and New Jersey schools. His favorite form of movement is boxing and martial arts, as it is the “ultimate mastery of oneself in space”. Steve is passionate about providing access to professional training, inspiring the next generation of athletes.

With over 25 years of movement coaching experience, Steve is a creator of global fitness brands and programming, most notably and . Steve was a competitive amateur fighter, a conditioning coach for professional world and regional champions, and head coach to local amateur champion fighters. Along having run, and developed class formats for, a martial arts school with 500+ active monthly students in his youth programs, he’s also the architect and teacher of the KidzBoxing program and most recently the Art of Boxing through Wellness4Every1®!
