I can't believe I'm saying this but this possibly could be one of the biggest accomplishments I have achieved within my fitness career and I have to say a huge thank you to you all, my community for supporting me every step of the way. Huge news dropping 2025

By taking control of a disorder that once controlled me has now lead me to a wonderful and beautiful world I live, breathe and love every single day.

I wanted to share behind the scenes of today's shoot with .uk and although I have done a few shots now this one is going to be huge, so it's a proud moment. All I want to do is help and support other women within the industry to believe they are too capable, beautiful and strong.

Think about this for a second, "don't chase what you want keep upgrading yourself until what you want starts chasing you".

Dumping a weeks of hard training footage on you, with some powerful thoughts along the way. Sometimes change and a challenge is just what we need to improve our weaknesses, being someone who loves to train on their own, the past week has change my outlook on this. Surround yourself with people who match your energy and you will see improvement within yourself and your efforts.

I can I shall I will.. Levelling up is all I'm doing right now. For the past 12 weeks I have been grafting hard and my training has really been testing my limits but I'm enjoying every second of it. Eating more than ever, gained 2kg in bodyweight and believe me I'm here for the growth and loving the progress.
