School owners, instructors, and assistant instructors, do you want to add San Da kickboxing to your school? Attend a weekend long seminar dedicated to the first level of the program and we will also help you set up your program in your gym. Sanshou or San Da represents a modern way to train traditional Chinese martial arts ("kung fu"). It was developed first by the Central Guoshu Academy and then adopted by the Chinese military. Sifu David Ross presents all martial arts schools wishing to incorporates San Da into their program opportunities through the Lion's Roar Association and seminars. This course supports these efforts.

The importance of wrestling and throwing techniques (摔法) should be obvious. A good throw can inflict as much damage, if not more, than strikes. In Shuai Jiao, the throw is considered the “finishing technique” under most circumstances.
