Fran’s doing this act creation series starting September 20, and it’s such a good excuse to finally make something out of all those ideas you’ve been carrying around.

Four Sundays to work on the music, movement, character, and story, then take the piece onstage in December.

Silks, lyra, rope, hammock, or duo. Intermediate level.

Sunday afternoon plans: get out of your head and into your body.

Steven Winnett is teaching an Open Level Vinyasa pop-up at Om Factory on Sunday, September 13 from 2–3 PM.

You do not need to be the bendiest person in the room. You do not need to have your life figured out. You just need an hour, a mat, and a willingness to see what happens.

Intro to Aerial Dance 101 with Lexy Boward starts in September, Fridays at 5:45 PM. Come learn the foundations, explore movement in the air, and start putting the “dance” into aerial dance.
