Mindfulness Petite Retreat. We will use the beauty of nature to help us let go and forgive.
Nature can teach us the beauty of letting go through the changes in seasons, especially in the fall when the leaves drop to ground in preparation for their rest period of winter.

Join me at 8:30 for a 7_8 miles hike from Tillman Ravine in Stokes State Forest. This will be a moderate hike. Bring lunch, snack and water and a thermal travel mug for tea or a hot beverage while journaling.
