Hi Ladies It has been a while and I know this Holiday time is a tough time to stay on target with all the trimmings 😳but let us try our best to listen to the way our body feels and put our health first. take the time out for your workouts and that will help you stay on point. This is a great ab workout if you have been away from exercise for a while a great way to ease in. You can also use a chair to raise your legs if u don't have a ball.
