Metropolitan Golf Writers Association Newsletter: Bill Carroll and Jon Clay, managing partners of The FGC, gave a slide presentation of the program featuring amateur skills competition for family groups. The program is intended to grow the game by having families engage in driving and putting contests at selected courses. The First Tee Program is to share $5 from every $15 entry fee received from participants.

Southampton - A summer escape that you can experience with your children is headed to Long Island National Golf Club on Friday, July 29 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and July 30 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m when The Family Golf Challenge comes to the Island this year.
