I love you with all of my heart and soul. I thank god for you every single day. Thank you for always supporting me, loving me and pushing me to be my best self each and every day. Currently dealing with a few injuries but it could be worst. When dealing with injures I often say to try to train what doesn’t hurt or bother you in order not to lose progress. Take it one training session at a time
