I am not sure if you know this, but I have been a professional voice actor for over 20 years, and am a member of the Screen Actors Guild. I have been teaching Voiceover (VO) virtually to kids and adults since the pandemic and I am proud to say I have helped develop some amazing talent. Voiceover is the art of using your voice to perform scripts, not relying on your face or body language to convey emotion, just your voice. Voiceover is found in movies, TV and radio commercials, video games, animated films and TV shows and so much more. Voiceover is a profession that all ages can explore. It does not matter where you live, you can do it from anywhere in the world as long as you have a good microphone, know how to record yourself and edit, and understand how to use your voice and interpret scripts. Learning the art of Voiceover can also help with on stage performances, p***c speaking and confidence. I am working with a VO repping company out of LA and helping bring audition opportunities to kids for animation, commercials and beyond. I have been asked to seek out and train new diverse youth talent, with the hopes that there will be audition opportunities for them to do at home or with me in my home studio. Once we get to the point that they are ready to start auditioning, I will walk you thought the whole process and world of professional VO work. We will cross that bridge when we get there.

I would love to offer an opportunity to expose your child to the world of Voiceover through a virtual kick-off workshop. If they love it and are interested in learning more, I will be offering weekly workshops in the new year which will hopefully prepare you and them for future audition opportunities.

There are two dates that I am looking to offer this kickoff workshop, you will only need to attend one of them as they will be the same.
