Why the name 6 Days Labour? First, the ‘u’ is in the word labor because of old English. I like to combine the ideologies of my religious and fitness background, and implements in most, if not all, aspects of my life. Rest is important. In nearly every society we have a seven-day calendar. In The Bible it says “six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work.” Meaning we should accomplish everything we have set to do that week in that in six days, and rest on “the seventh.” In fitness, athletics, and even occupation, it is important to rest; otherwise you’re no good to anyone. Burning yourself out may seem advantageous to obtaining your goals sooner, but achieving your goals means nothing if you’re not alive or healthy enough to enjoy to reap the rewards. So whether you have a religious background or not, or you believe in God or not, I would hope to be able to inspire you all to want to become the best version of yourself.
