THIS MONTH- among other things- IS NATIONAL POSTURE MONTH!
When I was 4 years old, I was diagnosed with Juvenile Scoliosis. It was a long road, which did not involve surgery, but did involve an archaic looking back brace for most of my formative years. It is a journey I would not change, but one I am reminded of every time I roll my shoulders back and hold my head up high. Posture is an element of your confidence, your strength and impacts the way others perceive you.
Did you know monkey bars can help with your posture! Swinging forward and backward with their legs tucked up help children improve and develop the right posture. They will also improve overall body strength at the same time. I am blessed to be able to bring this workout to people’s backyard with !
