☀️ Qigong walking is a powerful healing tool . Become fully aware of the Earth gravity , of the air you breath and the nature beauty you see around and collect the energies with a simple mindful movements.
☀️ Himalayan Singing Bowls meditation can re-tune us to health. The body is affected on the cellular level, opening up the flow of the energy , removing the lower frequencies of negative emotions and moving us back towards vibrational alignment with health.
