albaacademy Alba Academy of Rhythmic Gymnastics is a professional club founded in 2020 in New York City.

Our goal is to provide a positive, educational, fun and safe environment for your children. Rhythmic gymnastics classes go through a detailed warm-up, learning basic and safe body skills while utilizing an apparatus such as rope, hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon to music. Gymnasts absolutely fall in love with rhythmic gymnastics through creative dance, the fun they have learning new apparatus skills, the

flexibility they develop, and the friendships they create that can last a lifetime. It becomes every participant’s goal to become part of the competitive team and it is truly amazing to watch these little girls grow and become outstanding athletes. Our mission at Alba Academy is to help young gymnasts acquire necessary life skills such as discipline,dedication, perseverance, leadership, teamwork and time-management. Our gymnasts learn value of hard work and are able to create life-long friendships.

Communication between coaches and gymnasts is a very important part of training. Being able to connect with each gymnast individually, teach through fun, and achieve great results is truly a special skill. We miss Ms. Yuliia so much and can’t wait to have her back coaching our kids! ❤️
