This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Grit Swagger Athletics family stands united in honor of everyone whose life has been touched by breast cancer. 💗

For me, this cause is deeply personal. My lovely mother is a breast cancer survivor, and her journey is a powerful reminder of the strength of the human spirit. 🙏❤️ Watching her fight, surrounded by the love, perseverance, and unwavering support of our family, showed me what it truly means to have GRIT, HEART, and the WILL TO NEVER GIVE UP. We faced this battle together as a family, and I will forever be grateful that my mother overcame it. She is a blessing, an inspiration, and a reminder that even in our darkest moments, hope can shine through. 🎀

Today, we also take a moment to remember those who have lost their lives to this terrible disease. Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with their families and loved ones who continue to carry their memories. May they find comfort, strength, and peace. 🕊️🙏

To every survivor, fighter, and family currently facing this battle: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. To the survivors, we celebrate your courage. To those still fighting, we stand beside you. To the families supporting their loved ones, we honor your strength. And to those we have lost, we will never forget you. 💗

At Grit Swagger Athletics, we believe that GRIT is more than what you show on the field or in the gym. It's the courage to keep fighting when life tests you, the heart to stand beside others when they need you, and the strength to keep believing when the road gets tough.

Let's continue to spread awareness, encourage early detection, support research, and lift one another up. Because no one should ever have to fight this battle alone.

🇺🇸🖤 25 YEARS — WE’LL NEVER FORGET 🖤🚒

25 years later, and the pain, the memories, the sacrifice, and the courage have never been forgotten.

From The Grit Swagger Athletics Family we pause to honor and remember the 343 FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

As a FDNY firefighter myself, wearing that patch is more than wearing a uniform. It is a honor, a responsibility, and a reminder of the brothers who gave everything for others.I wear it with pride, knowing that I stand on the shoulders of those who came before me.

Today, we pray for the 343, their families, their children, their loved ones, and everyone whose lives were forever changed that day. We also remember the NYPD officers, Port Authority officers, EMS workers, military personnel, civilians, and every hero who lost their life as well as those who have passed in the years since from the lasting effects of 9/11.

Their sacrifice did not end that day. Their legacy lives on through every firefighter who answers the call, every family who carries their memory, and every generation taught to never forget.

25 years later, we still remember.
25 years later, we still honor.
25 years later, we still pray.
25 years later, **WE STILL STAND.
