I have a goal of traveling to Japan for a international baseball tournament. I signed up at a local gym for the cross-fit class to get back in shape. It was really painful to get my body to last the whole class.

I can definitely proclaim that how i worked out as a teenager was wrong.

Which is better training for developing baseball player? Training for strength or fitness. I thought heavy strength training was better. But now, I started training for overall fitness. I think if you are a teenager aiming to play college baseball or old timers playing on weekend
