As a mom who has been through the journey of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery not only once but twice now, I can confidently say that it's never the same experience.
With my first son, the uncertainty, fear and overwhelming responsibility of motherhood on top of my career kept me on my toes. Now, with my second son, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the recovery has been much easier than expected, despite him being a pound bigger 🙈
My body has also seemed to "bounce back" quicker this time around- I guess I have no choice having a toddler at home 🤣 literally was at the park on day 2, was at pre-pregnancy weight at week 1 and already feel ready to hit the weights!
To all the postpartum moms out there, don't be discouraged if your journey is different than others or even from your previous experiences.
Each pregnancy and recovery is unique and special in its own way. Embrace the challenges, celebrate the victories and always remember that you are strong and capable of anything!

30 weeks pregnant! A little late in posting

⬅️baby #2 at 135lbs
➡️baby #1 at 136lbs

Already starting to feel slightly uncomfortable especially at the end of the day.

Morning is still the best time for me to workout and I been trying to keep up with my strength training, Pilates, and stretching/mobility routine.

Definitely not forgetting I’m pregnant 🤣

Do you guys think another boy or girl?

20 weeks pregnant! Halfway there 😄⬅️baby #2 at 128lbs ➡️baby #1 at 128lbs. Definitely starting to show sooner this time around, which is very normal for your second or third pregnancy! I’m not going to lie, I definitely forget I’m pregnant sometimes with a toddler running around and working full time, but trying to enjoy the pregnancy as much as possible! Remember to never compare your body, your symptoms, your weight gain, how you look, etc to other pregnant women. Every pregnancy is different. Embrace your own changes and celebrate these milestones as it goes by so fast!

Glimpse into our vacation to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Hiking, hiking and more hiking with a 25lb weight vest but that’s why we train hard right? To be able to do these things effortlessly!

This was a four mile in and out hike with over a thousand feet of elevation in the last mile.
