Good Morning Track Family-

I still see a lot of activity in this page although it’s been quiet for the past year or so.

We are making big strides in planning our youth championships and establishing new programming that will be coming soon!

As a reminder: engage your local associations, help out at meets, recruit more kids from your communities and always have fun!

I would like to thank everyone for their support. The election didn’t turn out the way we planned but still plenty of work to do to rebuild youth athletics, especially in a post COVID world. We will make things better one way or another.

Please remember to be involved with your local associations, everything starts at the bottom and works it’s way up. Local leadership elects national leadership - be involved at all levels and make a difference.

We have been successful in building a dream team with a proven track record of over 150 years of experience in changing their communities, providing opportunities for young student-athletes and making the sport a diverse and inclusive space for all.

Due to election night, this weeks youth chat will be pushed to Wednesday night from Tuesday and the time will remain at 7:30pm est.

This weeks discussion will be focused on object three which is; “Increase membership by placing an emphasis on youth membership perks, retention rates and post youth track systems.”
