The Journey 🏃🏻‍♂️

It all started in her apartment as she tackled my “At Home Band Challenge” 4️⃣❌ a week to focus on endurance and learning the mechanics & science behind it all, yet all we had at the time was bands, a ladder for SAQ HIIT, a yoga mat, a soccer ball, and a couch. 🪜 ⚽️ 🏋🏻‍♂️ 🛋️

Geli soon joined me us which was rated in 2022 as The Best Gym in The Bronx for Personal & Sports Training (we are also up for nomination in 2023 - potential back to back winners - GO VOTE! 🗳️) and bodied my “Superset For Beginners” program 4️⃣❌week to assist in torching the body fat right off her while picking up incredible strength gains! 🧪 🧫 🧬

Not only is Geli completely CRUSHING her challenges, but she’s also following our Nutritional Guidelines
