Week 1: Get Moving
• October 1: Set Your Goal – Write down your weight loss goal for October. Set yourself up mentally
• October 2: 30-Minute Walk – Go for a brisk walk today.
• October 3: Full Body Workout – Do 3 rounds of 20 squats, 15 push-ups, and 30 jumping jacks.
• October 4: Hydration Check – Drink at least 8 glasses of 1water.
• October 5: 20-Minute Jog – Get a light jog in today.
• October 6: Rest & Stretch- Take a rest day, but spend 10 mins stretching
