There are no shortcuts in becoming a faster swimmer, biker, runner or triathlete.Good mind set. Enjoy what you’re doing....

There are no shortcuts in becoming a faster swimmer, biker, runner or triathlete.

Good mind set. Enjoy what you’re doing. If you don’t, everything will be meaningless. Develop a mental strength for long distances.

Endurance and stamina. Trainings take weeks, months or, perhaps, years for you achieve your very top form. Start doing it now if you wanna join Ironman.

Energy. Learn when to refuel yourself to sustain your pace.

Sleep. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. You need a very good rest before going to any grueling activities.

Organize. Check and arrange what you need for your routine or any triathlon.

Strategy. Use every little details you have about the weather, the exits, the entrance, the energy stations, the map and so on. These information will save you time. Any unnecessary movement will cost you additional time.
