Today got to experience 10x3 rounds of bags & pads mix for beginners I call championship rounds and he lasted them! Mike came to me with no boxing experience only doing a few personals one to one in the last two months! He has come a long way but still lots to work on. But I’m happy with his progress 👏🏻👏🏻

Tuesday & Thursdays from 6-7pm
Adults class Sunday morning’s 10am
They offer a free first day trial.

I also do one to one personal training for anyone who wants to learn to boxing or want to get fit and in shape for the summer.

Two runs this morning first 7k was very tough in the heat 26c/78f luckily for me my wife and kids where at park in the town so I got a little rest and plenty of water. The second was even harder only 3.85k but up hill so I pushed it to get back.
