We are looking to add TWO motivated coaches to our softball program as we continue building something special at National Trail!

We are searching for individuals who are passionate about developing athletes, building relationships, and helping grow our program from the youth level all the way up. We want coaches who are willing to buy into the vision, invest in the culture, and help continue pushing our program forward.

What we’re looking for:
🥎 Positive leaders and role models
🥎 Passion for player development
🥎 Available during evenings for practices/games
🥎 Willing to work throughout the year for offseason development
🥎 Team-first mentality with a desire to build a competitive culture
