5 reasons your physique isn’t matching your effort:
1. You train like an athlete but eat like someone trying to shrink. Constantly under-fueling makes it harder to support muscle growth, performance, and recovery.
2. Your workouts burn calories but your muscles need building materials. More sweat doesn’t replace enough protein, carbs, and total food to support adaptation.
3. You chase a lower scale weight instead of better body composition. Losing weight and looking more athletic are not always the same goal.
4. You recover just enough to train again, but not enough to progress. Sleep, stress, and inconsistent fueling affect how well your body responds to training.
5. You keep adding effort instead of fixing the missing piece. Another WOD won’t replace the nutrition strategy needed to reveal the work you’re already doing.
