Around the ten-year mark, something quietly shifted.
The constant urgency, the client demands, the daily fires to put out. Somewhere along the way, the pressure of the business had become my identity.
On the outside, everything looked like it was working. But on the inside, it felt completely disconnected. I was living in a state of misalignment without even having the language for it yet.
I reached a point where one thing was clear: either the work had to change, or the way I was showing up inside of it had to.
If you have been feeling that quiet friction between who you are and how you are operating your business, you are not alone.
Have you ever reached a moment in your career where you realized you could not keep showing up the same way?
