If you think my face looks like it’s saying WTF, you’re right. Long post warning 🚨
Most of you know me personally, but for those who don’t, my fitness, health and wellness journey has been just that…a journey.
This year I got back in the gym after a long hiatus due to a sucky auto immune disease called Rheumatoid Arthritis. After finally finding my groove again and being in a consistent routine, we started traveling a lot this year, and we also began two major renovation projects at our home. 
Paul and I found it very hard to find time to go to the gym. I know it sounds like an excuse…and it is, but it is a valid one.
I’m a lot more compassionate now when I hear people say they don’t have time to go to the gym than I was 5-6 years ago. 
After a year of extensive travel, eating out at restaurants, way more than normal because of a kitchen renovation and the fact that we were out of town a lot, we hit the proverbial brick wall.  we had it so hard last night that we woke up this morning and said we cannot put off making changes until the new year begins. We started today.
It wasn’t pretty, but we accomplished the goal of simply moving our bodies, getting our heart rates up, lifting some weights, and definitely breaking a sweat. 
My plan is to use this page to hold myself accountable. I’ll also be cross posting into my group Holistically Holly. Please let me know if you want me to add you to that group.
