Usha began her journey with Guruji Sharath Jois in 2007 and continues to live, teach, and practice in Mysore. Her classes offer a rare window into the roots of yoga and the richness of Indian culture.

Usha se mudó a Mysore y desde 2007 comenzó a practicar con Guruji Sharath Jois. Hasta el día de hoy Usha vive, enseña y practica allí. Al estar inmersa en la cultura, la práctica de yoga y mamá India, Usha ofrece una perspectiva única y enriquecedora en cada encuentro.
