This past weekend our team competed at the Gulf Yachting Association Sportboat Championships. The regatta was hosted by Bay Waveland Yacht Club where the team placed 6th overall. It was definitely steep competition but we gave it our best and had lots of fun with the crew. Thanks for having us Bay Waveland!
We are closing out the summer for our Viper training events and starting to prepare for the 2022 Viper 640 North American Championships. We are so proud of all the hard work being done by our team and we will continue to post content throughout the fall including behind the scenes shots from our team starting school and all the great things they will be accomplishing this year!

Congratulations to our team members who took home the first place trophy in this weekend’s regatta in Gulfport, MS!! 🤩🏆 Thank you to GYC for hosting and as always thank you to our sponsors for making this possible. We are so excited to get this Viper season started with a win and look forward to the upcoming events including the Sportboat Championships in 2 weeks. Happy New Year everyone 🥳🥳 It’s officially 2021 which means the Youth Foiling Cup is THIS YEAR! We have a few exciting announcements coming soon but here is a friendly reminder to continue donating. We are trying to reach our goal of $45,000 for the regatta and while we get closer everyday, we still have a way to go! Meet our skipper, Langston Goldenberg!!
Langston is a renowned and very accomplished competitive sailor! He, most notably, was invited to sail with the Southern Yacht Club in the 2019 Rolex New York Yacht Club Cup and the 2020 Resolute Cup. He has numerous accolades within the yacht club and is well known and respected within his community.

Langston is also a member of Tulane’s Naval ROTC program. Last year, he was ranked number 2 and was selected to be a Squad Leader for the 2021-2022 school year, which is a very special and honorable position!

When he is not sailing, Langston likes to spend time with his family and friends, especially his 1 year old niece Penelope and tries to spend as much time on boats as possible.

When asked to give a quote about Southern Challenge, he said: “I am extremely excited to be the skipper of Team USA for the Youth Foiling Cup. This is the opportunity of a lifetime for my crew and I and we are going to do what it takes to win. We have a great team of sailors and supporters coming together so I can say without a doubt, we will be ready.”
