We are halfway through the first month of the new year. How are your resolutions holding up? Did you make any? Are you struggling to keep those promises to yourself?
If you find you're needing some help in keeping it together or need ideas to help keep you on track, give me a call. Hiring a personal trainer or coach may not be in your monthly budget, but it doesn't have to be. Sometimes we just need that one push to get us back on the motivation train. Or we need that piece of advice or just a basic plan to get us started.
For a one-time fee, I will sit down with you, talk to you about your goals, the adversities, planning, nutrition, and lifestyle. From there I can develop a personal plan, tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and goals. It will be a comprehensive plan with ideas and suggestions for workouts, nutrition, and self-care.
January, February & March
For the person who needs that extra boost and a place to start:
Fitness Assessment & Plan of Self Care -- $50
Will include a fitness assessment, nutritional assessment, & lifestyle assessment. Assessment usually takes about an hour and can be done via Zoom. Plan of Self Care will include ideas for exercises, meal planning ideas, grocery store tips, self-care strategies, & lifestyle change strategies. The main goal is to make small manageable changes over shorter periods of time. This will help those changes stick and evolve into a total lifestyle change for a healthier you.
Fitness Assessment & Run/Walk Training Plan--$75
Will include a fitness assessment, nutritional assessment & a 12-week training plan for a 5K or 10K distance race. This plan will also include ideas for strength training exercises, meal planning, grocery store tips, & self-care strategies to keep you on track and motivated.
