Wednesdays are the days where I play “catch me if you can” It’s my day to set any appointments or run any errands that need to be done. I teach a few classes around town, and I get my workout in somewhere in the day. But on Wednesdays, we (I) don’t have time to edit and record videos 😂 today was also a self care day with my visit 🧖🏽‍♀️ and ended my evening with this crew!

Happy International Women’s Day!

Here is my long winded reflection post, feel free to keep scrolling.

I come from a long line of strong women. They showed me how to exist in a world that was not meant for me to thrive in. They showed me how to create my own path. When I look in the mirror, I see someone that the old me would be so proud of. I no longer need to prove myself and my worth to others. You either get it, or you don’t. I no longer feel the need to have outside validation or encouragement to follow the path set ahead for me. I’m making my way and I am honored to have so many amazing women around me. It is my absolute privilege to know and be surrounded by and inspired by the best of the best.

In a world where the odds are already stacked against us, look for the women who lift each other up as opposed to tearing them down 💜
