If you’re like me and have a tendency to gravitate to salty or sweet snacky snacks that are not entirely healthy for you, do a couple of things to help:
1) preplan for the week
2) write on board your list of snacks
3) put it somewhere to remind you to choose wisely
4) then eat

Had a request for the blueberry/watermelon popsicle recipe, so here it is again. Elizabeth Pool German here you go!

These pops are refreshing for the hot summer days and kids love them too.

In a blender throw in, 1 cup of frozen blue berries, 2 cups chopped watermelon (I used the already cut up containers you can get in produce at the store), 3 tablespoons honey (or a really nice long squeeze), 2 tablespoons of chia seeds for the extra nutrients, and juice from 1 lime. Blend it up, pour it into molds and freeze. It helps satisfy that sweet craving. You can use any berries you want.

Will be posting some more summer refreshing recipes soon, like banana chocolate icecream!
