Today was amazing with all of the young great athletes that showed up today. There was a lot of talent in the building.

Due to high demand, we have now added boys to the league. We are excited to announce this.

Come let your middle school kid get a chance to play some competitive games and be a part of an amazing league of young people.

This league will be historic and change lives. Details are in the flyer.

➡️ Evaluation day October 22nd, league runs to December 17th

➡️ Middle school girls basketball league

➡️$150 a player and we do multiplayer discounts

➡️ included: 8 games, 2 training sessions, league T-shirt, trophies for winning teams

➡️ All games will be played at Salmen High School

For this workout, we focused on the overhead pickup. If a help defender reaches low for the ball, you can raise the ball above them to prevent a strip.
