Today was a GREAT day to round out the FJGA league and end the tournament play. Our boys brought home some hardware!

Landon Kuhlman took 1st🥇in his flight, while Cameron Naessens took 2nd🥈in his flight, and Cameron also secured the 2026 FJGA 18 Hole Male Sportsmanship Award! CONGRATULATIONS, Landon & Cameron! You make NL proud! 💪🏻🙌🏻👏🏻

Honorable mention goes to Kaiden Harris who also had an exceptional showing at FJGA this summer. NL Boys Golf is looking bright in 2027.😉

Cameron & Landon advance to day 2 of 3 of tournament play. Good luck to both of them Tuesday. Congratulations to Kaiden for qualifying, representing NL well and for all the improvements he made during the 2026 high school season and in FJGA league.

NL Boys Golf Team Placed 6th out of 19 Teams

We fell short of our goal of golfing next weekend at State, but we are optimistic knowing that all these golfers return next year. Overall we finished 6th out of 19 teams. The top three teams advance to State.

It was encouraging to hear conversations on the way home that centered around the progress made, how to improve and already setting goals for next season.

Congratulations gentlemen on a great 2026 season! We look forward to 2027!
