Hey Kardio with Klase Crew👋🏼

As of August 12th, it has been ONE YEAR since Kardio with Klase made its comeback💪🏼🔥

Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to try again, those who stuck with me from years ago, and all the new faces who have quickly become new regulars. This class isn’t possible without YOU - and I am beyond grateful for every single person who has supported by sharing my posts, trying out a class, and spreading the word.

I know I had posted that I planned to have a ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY Class this month, but there have been some unexpected turns and my family adopted a new addition into our home.🐾💙

In an effort to get everyone acclimated and adjusted before school and dance are back in session, I have decided to forego this celebratory class.

HOWEVER, I am very excited to announce that I will have more frequent classes starting in September - which will be held certain Thursdays 7:15-7:45pm at A Step Above Dance Academy🎉

I hope everyone has a wonderful last little bit of summer - and I’ll see you very soon☀️
