NK5K Fitfest

NK5K Fitfest 5K run, walk, ruck, and family stroll. For those with a bit more competitive nature in them. It won’t be easy! There is only 1 coin, there can only be 1 Champion

But wait, Afterwards is a Fitness festival including Yoga, Physical Adaptation, Rucking, Grappling super fights, challenges, body workers, workshops and public yoga sessions. The top three finalists from each division of the 5K race has the opportunity to contend for the Grand FitFEST Champion. Contenders will compete in challenges around FitFEST and whoever can sweep the festival winning 1st in a

ll 4 challenges: Run, Ruck, Yoga and Physical Adaptation, not only wins a one of kind champions coin, a bunch of cool gear, free memberships; basically everything one needs to represent NK5k FitFEST to fullest with a full paid sponsorship to Ruck:Fest 2023.

Hi friends, sorry to take so long for this announcement but I wanted to see if there was any way I could make this happen this year. Unfortunately, FitFEST will not take place in 2025 but we will look forward to returning in 2026 with more events a better course and an overall better wellness event. For those who like to push and pull the limits…the Pennsylvania Army National Guard Recruiting is back for year 3πŸ‘πŸ½ We are taking it a step further this year by adding a rock wall for traverse climbing, in addition to the Humvee Pull and PT standard. Each year we plan to add a gnarley component to test speed, agility, strength and enduranceπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ

Remember this is fun tournament and all ages are welcome. I’m looking to run this as close to regulation rules as possible, but I will have some minor changes like the length of lane and rules to help the games move efficiently.
