I recently had a customer order a Cimarron 1887. They wanted to do a load 2 mod but be able to use the shotgun for wild bunch. Just ignore my shell fumbling on the second video.

I have been slacking with my posting due to match preparation and customer orders.

This past weekend I competed at the SASS PA State Championship, where i came in 3rd in my category and 6th overall. A huge shoutout to El Posse Grande for putting on a fantastic match. Congrats to all the category winners and especially to the PA State Champion Coty Emerich and Women's Champion Sadie Krum. There are some tremendous shooters in PA and I look forward to competing with These folks for a long time. I will be at Maryland State in 2 weeks but until then I'm back to work in the shop so reach out to me for any firearm needs. See you all down the Trail.

I took a break from the shop this past weekend to participate in the SASS Delaware State Championship. I put a good match together, taking first overall.
The match was fun and the people were even better.

Congratulations to all the other shooters that won awards. I'm back to the grind this week working on some orders.

A couple more projects through the shop. Baikal hammered double in for a full work over. 1851 navy came in with a broken bolt. New bolt installed and ready to go. .

I've been pretty busy over the last few weeks. Baikal 20ga in for a tune-up and a Ta**us 605 came in for a broken hammer spur. I added some light springs to the ta**us to give it a nice 6 lb double action trigger pull as well as a 2lb single action pull. Keep an eye out for some more work I'll be posting soon.

I finally received a CZ Sharptail. This shotgun has proven to be a good alternative to the skb, which has become harder to find and increasingly expensive. I cut the barrel down to 22" and installed a large brass bead, polished and funneled the chambers, milled the ears off of the extractor, and did a full action job with custom springs. As the shooting season winds down, I've been spending more time in the shop working on a few projects to help make your fi****ms race ready. The stock flat lifter and lever springs on the 1873 are stiff, to put it nicely. The flat springs can be ground to feel better, but wire springs are smoother, easier to tune, and last much longer. These springs are custom-made by me in-house and will come in any rifle I build. I am also offering them as a set for customers who would like to upgrade their own springs.
