As we get closer to opening day, one question keeps coming up:

“What kinds of classes will Lake Cycle offer?”

The answer is intentionally simple.

We didn’t build Lake Cycle to offer endless formats, complicated schedules, or a different workout every day of the week.

We built Lake Cycle to do a few things exceptionally well.

The best of both worlds. Rhythm riding paired with strength training for a full-body challenge.

Last night, the Lake Yoga community signed the wall that has separated our two spaces for years.

Not because we’re saying goodbye to something-but because we’re making room for something bigger.
