Our Shenango based Rebels battled against each other tonight, and what a battle it was. Between the 4 at the plate, there were 5 RBIs in the 7-8 game. Harper being our hitting queen with 2 💣 BOMBS 💣 that were both doubles. Ours pitchers Ella, Avery and Gabby combined faced 25 batters, 115 pitches with 60 of those being strikes and only 6 were able to collect hits. Hard work and reps paying off 💚💪🏻💙

When the Lady Rebels take the field, one thing is almost guaranteed — it's going to be a great game. The competition is fierce, the effort is there, and every player leaves it all on the field. But being a Rebel means more than softball. It means friendship, respect, and supporting one another no matter what jersey they're wearing.

Tonight, Mohawk defeated the Shenango Wildcats 13-7, but the score doesn't tell the whole story. It was a hard-fought game that stayed competitive until the later innings, with both teams battling from start to finish.

A special shoutout to Allie from the Playmakers, Harper, Faith, and Ella from the Lady Rebels, and Brooklyn from Silver Creek. These girls may wear different uniforms and represent different teams, but they share something bigger than softball — friendships that extend beyond the field. They are all playmakers in their own way, competing hard while continuing to support one another.

That's what being a Rebel is all about. We may find ourselves on opposite sides of the diamond, but when the game is over, we're still friends. We celebrate each other's successes, pick each other up through the tough times, and continue cheering for one another no matter where the game takes us.

Rebels are friends to the end. We compete hard, respect the game, and support each other through every up and down. Once a Rebel, always family. 💙💚🥎

This weekend’s tournament was a washout… literally. But instead of letting the rain win, we wrapped up the weekend the best way we could — with an awesome 3-hour practice full of hard work, laughs, and team bonding.
It also came with a little sadness, as this was Jonalyn Wharry's final practice with us. The girls are truly going to miss having her around. From day one, she has shown nothing but love, support, and what it truly means to represent Rebel navy blue and lime green.
Because of that, Joni is receiving our Heart of a Rebel Award for her constant encouragement, dedication, and for always embodying the Rebel spirit.
We are so proud of you and excited to watch you continue your journey toward becoming Dr. Joni. We know you are going to accomplish amazing things. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our girls and our program.
The Rebels will always be here for you, and we hope you stop back to visit and catch up from time to time. Wishing you nothing but success in your next adventure!
