As fall sports get rolling, so do our GRIT Team Partnerships. Please take note that with more teams utilizing GSP Labs for scheduled recovery and readiness sessions, there will be reserved team blocks throughout the weekends.

⏰ Fall Hours:
Mon–Wed: 12–8 PM
Thurs: 12–9 PM
Fri: 12–6 PM
Sat: 9–5 PM
Sun: 10–5 PM

⚑ As always, members can pre-schedule appointments outside of our posted hours in advance.

⚑ INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS: Please use the online scheduler to view availability before coming in. Weekend availability is limited and will have specific windows of availability for drop ins, and the scheduler will always be the best way to plan your visit.
