Hello New Bloomfield Athletic supporters! 👋
It’s that time of year again—we’re hosting the Hospitality Room for the Central State 8 Junior High Basketball Tournament!

This room provides snacks and refreshments for officials and school personnel (coaches, bus drivers, administrators, etc.) during the event. We’re excited to host both the Girls and Boys tournaments this year on:

📅 Tuesday, December 9
📅 Wednesday, December 10
📅 Saturday, December 13

We’re looking for donations to help stock the Hospitality Room. Items needed include:
🥪 Sandwich supplies
🥩 Meat trays
🥦 Veggie trays
🍇 Fruit trays
🍰 Desserts
💧 Bottled water

(We already have chili and all the fixings covered, along with plates, bowls, utensils, etc.)

We would also love a few volunteers to help keep the room running smoothly.
⏰ Game times:
• Tuesday — 4 PM
• Wednesday — 4 PM
• Saturday — 10 AM

WOW is all we can say! Thank you so much to everyone that came out and supported New Bloomfield Athletic Boosters at the Rod Haley Memorial golf tournament. Whether you were a golfer, a hole sponsor, made a donation, or donated your time and talent to make sure the day ran smoothly we couldn’t have done it without you!

All proceeds from the tournament go directly back into our sports programs!

The golf tournament is just around the corner! ⛳️

We are still accepting donations for the auction. If you have anything you would like to donate or if you still need to pay your hole sponsorship we would be happy to meet up with you! We will also be at Meadowlake Sunday evening if you would like to drop anything off. If you would like to pay your hole sponsorship through Venmo just DM me.

Alumni, parents and fans of New Bloomfield Athletes…. we still need donations for the auction to be held during dinner at the annual New Bloomfield Athletic Boosters Rod Haley Memorial Golf Tournament on July 7th. Last year with your help, this fundraiser made a profit of about $13,000 that went directly to support the athletic programs at NB middle and high schools. Items have included pies, golf clubs, golf packages, hand crafted items, hotel stays, gift cards, a fly fishing trip, hair products, sporting event tickets, portrait sessions, mixed baskets and more! Every donation helps!

Would you rather donate $100 as a hole sponsor? Your name or business will be printed on a sign if donation made by June 18th.
