📢 First Athletic Booster Club Meeting of the School Year!

Come one, come all!

Ever wondered how fundraising money gets put to work for our athletes? Now is your chance to have a voice! At our first meeting of the year, we’ll be reviewing coaches' wish lists and deciding which requests and equipment we can fulfill for New Bloomfield’s athletic programs.

We would love to see more parent involvement and fresh ideas in our meetings throughout the year—the more participation, the better! Whether you're a returning member or completely new, your support makes a huge difference for our teams.

We are officially collecting donations for the auction at our upcoming Athletic Booster Club Golf Tournament on July 6th!

We are looking for themed baskets, gift cards, business services, or unique items to help us raise funds for our student-athletes this season. It’s a fantastic way for local businesses to show their community pride!

Hello New Bloomfield Athletic supporters! 👋
It’s that time of year again—we’re hosting the Hospitality Room for the Central State 8 Junior High Basketball Tournament!

This room provides snacks and refreshments for officials and school personnel (coaches, bus drivers, administrators, etc.) during the event. We’re excited to host both the Girls and Boys tournaments this year on:

📅 Tuesday, December 9
📅 Wednesday, December 10
📅 Saturday, December 13

We’re looking for donations to help stock the Hospitality Room. Items needed include:
🥪 Sandwich supplies
🥩 Meat trays
🥦 Veggie trays
🍇 Fruit trays
🍰 Desserts
💧 Bottled water

(We already have chili and all the fixings covered, along with plates, bowls, utensils, etc.)

We would also love a few volunteers to help keep the room running smoothly.
⏰ Game times:
• Tuesday — 4 PM
• Wednesday — 4 PM
• Saturday — 10 AM
