My practice this morning began at the Studio’s class at Ned’s Point and finished at Yoga Guru. A great way to start the day.

With lightheartedness and compassion, I will guide us purposefully through gentle opening stretches, classical yoga poses and a calming savasana that will leave you feeling renewed and refreshed.

All December Classes are FREE at Inspire Yoga! (www.inspireyoga.nb). Their appreciation gift to all of us.

I will be leading the Tuesday morning classes at 9:30 (except Dec. 23 and 30).

Join me for a light hearted session where we support and encourage each other. You will leave feeling refreshed, rejuvinated and acomplished.

Opportunity to join me twice this week at Inspire Yoga in New Bedford’s Kilburn Mills.
