Hello everyone I know it has been a good minute since I have posted. But, I am here to say starting at the beginning of the new year the program is going to start again. I hope everyone will have a good year, and I'm here to make the next year better hopefully.

Just to fix some minor confusion. This is not a replacement for normal workouts for the sport of your choice. This is a way to get your footwork better to help with any sport you want to play.
