Little Friday night run down. We started 3rd in heat race finished 5th. Driver still figuring car out how to drive it. Feature started tenth. Had a little bump and run happen to us about half way through the race. Then ran out of talent trying to grab a position at the end and spun. But we finished 7th. We are off next week and then back at it the Friday after.

Got the car all loaded up and ready to head to gravity park. Got some fresh rubbers for this week and a few small changes. Let’s freaking send it!!!!!

Last night was a good night. Results were not the best but the car finally handled. We started fourth in the heat race. Finished fifth. First time I can say car was too loose ever. Went to the pits did some adjustments and went out to the feature in tenth. Finished 9th. The best thing is the driver can adjust the way he drives to make car faster. So now we can get it locked in and make minor adjustments. Onto next week!!!

Racing isn’t all about the “win”. It’s about showing up, making adjustments, taking advice and consistently improving week after week. So just because we didn’t get a trophy, it doesn’t mean that we didn’t “win”.

So event for last night were kinda interesting. Started third in heat race. Driver ran out of talent and tried to be a farmer. Came out of two and almost put the car in the field. Finished 9th. Started feature in 9th. Had a couple cars spin out in front or me. Unfortunately I couldn’t avoid one car and hit them with the front. But on that note finished sixth. That is my personal best finish in a dirt car. Will get car better next week and I can’t thank everyone who has helped me get this car to where it is.

So tonight didn’t go as planned. Started heat race first was running second two laps in go into turn one and lost brakes. Limped it to a last place finish in the heat race. Started feature in tenth. Thinking we got the brake problem fixed and go into turn one and no brakes again. Limped it to a 9th place finish. Could have been worse. Onto finding the issue and go threw the car some more again.
