I am so so so proud of our 200HR YTT graduates! 🥹
These ladies have stepped out of their comfort zones, embraced the unknown and stepped into this beautiful practice with arms wide open. They now share a bond with each other that they will always have, thanks to their love of yoga. Their resilience, curiosity and growth was such a beautiful experience for me to witness as a co-teacher trainer these past four months.
Co-leading with + has been a wonderful blessing. Thank you Jen for entrusting us to take on this epic adventure 🙏🏻
