FAQs:
1. Do you need a copy of birth certificate every year?
Yes, we don’t keep them from year to year. We don’t have a secure place to store them.
2. Do we have to have a physical done by equipment handouts?
No, we completely understand that it all depends on when you can get into your provider for this. We need physicals by the first week of practice.
3. Do you need the registration filled out online printed?
No, we don’t need the registration printed out, just filled out online.
4. Does my player have to be at one of the equipment handouts dates?
Yes, to properly size each player for helmet, shoulder pads, and jersey we need them present at one of the handouts.
