Moved to NEXT WEEK!!!

Tonight’s game was not the outcome that we had hoped for, but the Streaks battled Humboldt toe to toe for 2 1/3 innings…

I know this may not seem like much to a lot of people, but our girls played flawless ball for those 2 1/3 innings, even getting out of a bases loaded jam by turning a triple play to keep the score at 0-0 headed into the 3rd inning…

We were able to manage getting a base runner via a walk on balls and move her over on consecutive steals on pass balls before a perfect sac bunt was laid down to score the games first run…

We as coaches have even pushing the girls this past couple weeks to lock in and turn up their defense and good things would happen…THEY DID THAT for 2 1/3 innings and had Humboldt on their heels…

Once again, this may not mean squat to the masses, but after the struggles we’ve endured over the course of this season to these girls and us coaches we will choose to remember that we did what it took to play against one of the best teams in our league and quite frankly the state for 2 1/3 innings…

We will take all of the little wins that we’ve been able to have throughout the season and look to the summer to continue grinding and gaining valuable experience as we head into next season…

These girls will forever be my ride or dies as they very easily could’ve made the easy choice to quit and walk away, but they continued to come back for more and ask for those extra reps…

I love each of them as if they are one of my own daughters and I cannot be more proud to have coached them…

Looking forward to getting to work more with them this summer and already thinking about next season, and I for one cannot wait…

THANK YOU Girls for everything you have brought to the team and thank you Coach Orr for being on board from day one and willing to work through all of the ups and downs…I wouldn’t trade any of you for the world!!! 💙💙💙

It's GAMEDAY and it's REGIONALS
and a Win Or Go Home time...

The Neodesha Bluestreaks Softball
travel North to Burlington as we
face off against a league opponent
Humboldt Cubs in the first round
of Regional play...

We look to play our best game of
the season tonight and possibly
survive to play again tomorrow...

The Streaks have the nightcap on
the softball side with gametime
slated as TBD due to there being
multiple games throughout the day
which could end up running early
or late...

Hope to see some familiar faces
amongst the crowd supporting
these girls tonight...

Last regular season games for the Neodesha Bluestreaks Softball team as they travel South to take on the Cherryvale Chargers...

First game is scheduled for 3pm with the second immediately following...

Another rough night for the Neodesha Bluestreaks Softball team last night against a very good Caney Valley Bullpups team...The first inning proved to be the back breaker as the Bullpups erupted from the plate taking advantage of baserunners and hard hits as well as critical miscues on the part of the Streaks...Neodesha came out strong in the second game battling Caney thru four innings at a 4-4 tie before the Bullpups took advantage once again of a huge fifth inning from the dish and busted the Streaks chances of a late rally...Neody was able to celebrate our Senior players, Halle Hoard, Rae Booth, and Taylie McKlintic between games and now set their sights on finishing the previously weather delayed home game against Bluestem this Thursday evening beginning @ 4:30pm and then the final regular season games on the road against the Cherryvale Chargers on Friday beginning @ 4:30pm...Thanks to everyone that made it out for Senior Night and we hope to see you again this week!!!

It's GAMEDAY and it's the already the last home games of the season...

Tonight the Neodesha Bluestreaks Softball team plays host to the Caney Valley Bullpups with first pitch @ 4:30pm and the second game scheduled approximately 15mins immediately following.

We recognize our Seniors softball players tonight as they have showed continued leadership and efforts throughout the season as we go thru this rebuilding era and we could not be prouder of their efforts and dedication keeping the family together...

Should be a great evening for softball around the diamond and hope to have a good crowd to send off the seniors...
