Join us for a soothing yoga class designed to awaken your senses. Let Marcy gently guide you through yoga poses that align with each chakra, enveloping you in tranquility. As you flow through each pose, Jamie will offer carefully selected oils, enhancing your experience and sharing the nurturing benefits each oil brings to its corresponding chakra. Yoga will be followed by an introduction to essential oils. Class will be approximately 1.5 hours.
Join us for a morning of learning about wellness. We will sample and share nutritional products and essential oils to support your body. If you are struggling with sleep, stress, pain, digestion, etc. come and learn more tools to help support your body naturally. We will also discuss ways to help eliminate toxics from your home and body.
