Founded by Division I catcher and Lipscomb University Assistant Coach, Jake Berg. We train athletes to receive, block, throw, lead, and compete with confidence.

We’re excited to partner with Catcher’s Collective to bring one of the most complete catcher development experiences in the area.

Over two days, catchers will develop the skills that matter most:

A look inside Battery Camp ⚾️

Pitchers and catchers training together the way the game is actually played.

Our goal is simple: develop complete batteries and help players perform with confidence when the lights come on.

Summer sessions are held at Lipscomb University:

📍 Monday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Thursday: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Players can attend individual sessions or save with package options.

We also have a few spots remaining in our Catching Academy on Monday and Tuesday evenings.

Pitchers and catchers — this summer is for you.

Introducing the Berg Backstops Battery Camps in Nashville.

These camps are built to develop both sides of the battery: pitchers sharpening mechanics, command, and ex*****on; catchers improving receiving, blocking, throwing, communication, and leadership.

Then we bring it together through competitive bullpens and game-like reps.

Youth Battery Camp
Mondays | 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

High School Battery Camp
Tuesdays | 10:00 AM–12:30 PM

I’m excited to have Kaleb Kantola leading the pitching side of the camps.

Kaleb is a senior RHP, was named to the NCBWA Midseason Stopper of the Year Watchlist, and will bring detailed pitching instruction focused on mechanics, command, velocity, and competing on the mound.

Pitchers and catchers can register individually — athletes will be paired together during bullpen work.

Spots are limited.

Big-time throw from my guy Ale in our first game of the ASUN tournament.

1.76 pop time. Right on the money.

What stood out most was how smooth it was: clean transfer, controlled feet, no wasted movement and an accurate throw that gave the runner no chance.

With wet grass, the long hop was the right throw — firm, under control and easy for the infielder to handle.

Smooth is fast. Accuracy finishes the play.
