One more Wednesday night of racing. 🚲

The Hammer Drop MTB Series has been such a fun part of our summer; good racing, good people, and a lot of memories made along the way.

Whether your people gather around bikes, ball fields, dance studios, or something completely different… there’s just something about watching your kids find a community they love.

🚲 WHAT IF YOUR KID COULD TRY A NICA RACE COURSE WITHOUT HAVING TO RACE?

That’s exactly what we’re offering at Chickasaw Trace!

On Saturday, August 29, HUB Youth Cycling is inviting kids ages 6–12 to come experience mountain biking during the Tennessee Interscholastic Cycling League’s Race #1 weekend.

This is a FREE, beginner-friendly ride for kids who are curious about mountain biking but may not know where to start.

No NICA membership. No racing required. No prior mountain bike experience. ❤️

HUB coaches and mentors will guide riders through a fun introduction to the trails while they get a taste of the energy and community of a NICA race weekend.

Saturday, August 29 • 11 AM–12 PM
Chickasaw Trace Park • Columbia, TN

Bikes and helmets are required, but we have a limited number of junior-sized loaner bikes and helmets available.

Over the course of the last 2 and a half years, every Monday night, HUB Youth Cycling has had the privilege of serving alongside Urban Bicycle Food Ministry in downtown Nashville.
What started as a weekly commitment has grown into something much bigger—over 16,000 burritos, countless bottles of water, clothing, and watched familiar faces become friends.
We’re proud that our riders are learning that being strong on a bike is only part of the journey. True strength is found in showing up, serving others, and building community.
Thank you to everyone who has volunteered, donated, and supported this mission. Every Monday reminds us that even small acts of kindness, repeated faithfully, can make a lasting impact.

Service day!
Camp Boxwell is a retreat that houses more than 1000 Boy Scouts over the course of six summer camps, and our crew rallied together to repair 25 bikes for 150 of the Scouts to ride this season. Over 25 youth and 20 adults assembled to replace grips, cables, and chains, repair brakes and shifters, fix flat tires, and true wheels so that these bikes are ready to rip on the trails this summer. We’re so grateful for opportunities like this for our youth to develop bike maintenance skills while providing a service for others. Thank you to Camp Boxwell and the Scouts for partnering with us to keep kids on bikes!

HUB Littles Summer MTB Camp registration is officially open — and spots are limited.

Three sessions this summer at Percy Warner Park's Deep Well Trailhead. Trail riding, skills, good coaching, and a whole lot of fun for riders in 2nd–7th grade. All ability levels are welcome (*must be able to ride independently). Mountain bikes required.

🗓️ Session 02 — June 2 - 4
🗓️ Session 03 — June 30 - July 2

Time: 9AM - 12 PM

$150 per session · All 3 for $400 (save $50)

Registration takes about 5 minutes — you'll pick your session, sign the waiver, and pay all in one place.

Gosh darn 2026! This ride was an adventure full of plenty of different opportunities for all skill levels. Our 20 and 30 miles riders got to witness how fun gravel can be with their friends, and the 70 milers experienced all that as well as the euphoria of completing something incredibly physically taxing. It was an event built for everyone, and not only was the ride fun, but being able to camp and bond with teammates in more ways than racing is why Hub exists.

This one’s for our support crew. Without the help of our coaches, volunteers, mechanics, drivers, moms and kitchen bosses none of this could have happened. You all kept us going through the night and made sure we were prepared for every single lap. Thank you!
