Our first ever Men's 7-man flag football league was a success!

Congratulations to Percy Whittaker and SRM for winning the first season. Also, congratulations to everyone who made it to the first Pro-Bowl. The West was victorious over the East 39-36.

Registration is open for the next season at Smyrna High School. No other league offers legitimate prizes for winning, game film, player perks, Pro-Bowl, and more like PFFL.

Due to lingering impacts from the recent winter storm and out of consideration for facility readiness and player well-being, we have decided to move the start of the season to 2/8/26. Thank you for your understanding.

Week 1 of the inaugural PFFL season. The plan is to alternate formats each week to avoid conflicts where possible.

Ensure to check the site for the rules as they are a bit different from the normal formats. We will be testing throw offs in 7 man and have added onside kicks in both formats. Accountability has been given to the captains of the teams. You as the captain are responsible for everyone on your roster.

Let's come together to play the sport that we love and build something better for the athletes and community.

The FIRST EVER PFFL Draft Tournament was a success!

We want to thank the Middle TN flag community for the support. Also thanks to the captains Chris Hughes, Antwain Giles, Ryan Sims, Connor Carroll, Ron Osaile, Jesse McLain, Cameron Vitulli, and winning team Josh Worm. Thanks Josh Crouch for allowing us to use the field.

We set out on a mission to build something better for the flag community. This was a huge and successful first step. We are already working on the roadmap for more tournaments this year.

Now, it's time to move to the PFFL Winter season. Starting on 1/25/26, we will have 7 man screen and 5 man screen (tournament style) available in league play. Interested players and teams can sign up below!
