“Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

God did not design us to accomplish everything alone. Great teams are built by people who encourage one another, carry each other through difficult moments, and work toward something greater than themselves.

Scripture does not say fear will never come. It teaches us what to do when it arrives.

Fear may tell you that you are unprepared, incapable, or alone. Faith reminds you that God remains present and trustworthy.

When fear comes today, choose trust.

“In all labor there is profit, but idle chatter leads only to poverty.” — Proverbs 14:23

Talking about improvement is easy. Improvement comes from doing the work.

Every repetition, early morning, difficult practice, and disciplined decision matters. Stop waiting to feel motivated and begin faithfully working with what God has placed in front of you.

Less talk. More work. Let the results speak.

“Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.” — Deuteronomy 31:6

God never promised that every step forward would be comfortable. He promised that we would never take those steps alone.

Whether you are facing competition, pressure, change, or uncertainty, remember who goes with you. Be strong, trust God, and keep moving forward.

✝️ PINES DAILY WORD | PSALM 118:24

“This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Today is not ours because we earned it. It is a gift from God.

Whatever this Monday holds, we can rejoice because our hope is larger than our circumstances. Jesus is alive, His mercy is present and His purpose is still at work.

Receive the day with gratitude. Use it faithfully. Point somebody toward Christ.

“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.”

We do not approach God because we have performed well enough. We come because Jesus, our perfect High Priest, opened the way.

Bring Him the need you cannot fix, the sin you need to confess and the burden you cannot carry. At His throne, repentant sinners find mercy—not rejection—and grace for the moment in front of them.

Come honestly. Come humbly. Come boldly through Jesus.

“We love Him because He first loved us.”

Our love for God did not begin with us. He moved first.

While we were still sinners, God demonstrated His love through Jesus Christ. Jesus took our place, paid for our sin and rose again so everyone who trusts in Him can receive forgiveness and life.

We do not love to earn His grace. We love because His grace has already come looking for us.

He loved first.

Today marks 25 years since September 11, 2001.

We remember the innocent lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the families forever changed, and the courage that rose during one of our nation’s darkest days.

We also remember that evil does not have the final word.

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
— Romans 12:21 NKJV

May we honor their memory with more than words—with lives marked by courage, service, compassion, unity, and faith in Jesus Christ.

We continue to pray for the families who still carry this loss and for every first responder, service member, and protector who stands ready to serve others.

Twenty-five years later, we still remember.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸✝️

✝️ PINES DAILY WORD | PHILIPPIANS 4:13

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

This verse is not a promise that we will win everything we attempt. Paul was describing strength to remain faithful through plenty or need, success or struggle.

Our confidence is not in our talent, preparation or circumstances. It is in Jesus Christ. He gives us strength to obey, endure and honor Him wherever He places us.

Do not ask only, “Can I succeed?” Ask, “Will I stay faithful through Christ?”
